GLOBAL TEAM. WORLD CLASS RESULTS

SANDRA CINCOTTA / Director of Quality

A Microbiologist by training, Sandra brings more than 30 years of experience working in a regulated laboratory setting in and around the pharmaceutical industry. She is an expert in the contract laboratory requirements when it comes to any quality related issue, with a documented history of first-hand experience specific to cGMP, ISO, FDA, EPA and DEA registration, implementation, and oversight. From design and development to implementation, training, and routine management including vendor approval, data review, internal and external audits, few can match the experience she brings to our team. Sandra is one of the few Contract Laboratory Quality Experts that can boast of hosting over 40 days of FDA onsite inspections that all ended with no observations, a tribute to her diligence and dedication to quality.  With a quality career that has evolved exclusively in the contract laboratory arena, she has held senior quality positions at Whitehouse Labs, Alcami and Alliance Technology prior to assuming her quality leadership position at CS Analytical. When not drafting an SOP or performing an internal audit, she can be found doting on her first grandchild.

BRIAN MULHALL / Chief Executive Officer

With a pharmaceutical specific career spanning more than 30 years, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and depth of experience and leadership to CS Analytical Laboratory. Early in his career he held a variety of positions spanning sales, marketing, training, district, regional and national management at Organon Pharmaceuticals (Schering Plough) and Ferring. His entre into the outsourced services sector came in the late 1990’s when he took on the role of VP Pharmaceutical Services for SGS US Testing with direct responsibility for Chemistry, Microbiology and Toxicology lab service offerings spanning the US and Canada. In 2002, he started Whitehouse Analytical Laboratories with the vision of building a company that could provide outsourced testing services in an improved and more efficient manner over the what the industry was used to. With many notable achievements to his name, he takes the most pride in being the vision and architect behind the development of the first fully operational, FDA regulated and inspected, cGMP Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) laboratory in the world. The CCIT Center of Excellence he created was the birthplace of many peer reviewed publications and over the last 15 years has led to the formalization of industry accepted standards like USP <1207>. He is a proud graduate of Bucknell University and in his extremely limited free time, he can usually be found spending time with his family on a fishing or sailboat.
